“Studio Visits.”  From June 11 through June 30, includes works by artists from throughout the area who welcome the public to their studios.  Featured artists include Najjar Abdul-Musawwir, Kathleen Shaffner, Rachel Malcolm-Ensor, and guest artists from the River to River and Little Egypt Arts Associations.
 
The public is invited to attend a meet-the-artists reception onWednesday, June 13,from 5-7 PM that will feature a concert by the Southern Illinois Music Festival String Quartet performing works by Ravel, Tombeau de Couperin and Grieg. This free reception and concert are made possible by a special grant from the City of Carbondale to promote cultural tourism and by CCA 25^th Anniversary partners Payne, Gaertner & Associates and John and Marsha Ryan.
